PSU overkill

Totally. I would go with 750W maximum, it has still room for OC and upgrades.

Also i would say he wouldn't see any difference between 64GB and 32GB RAm but if he has money and he doesn't care about it then 64 is ok.

Tbh that's true, if you're doing 3D modelling (unless it's animated and in stereoscopic 4K) it's pretty overkill. The only uses for those amounts of ram are VMs and render farms. As far as I understood, you're not planning to do any of those, so I would reconsider that aspect too.

I will change this to 750W. It worked out to about 556W according to pcpartpicker.com. i figured double the "wattage, what could be the big deal". xD

Why the i7 6850K over the 5820K/6800K ?

I guess mainly for a couple of reasons

1. The higher OC

2. With the Nvidia Titan X(P) I figured a 40 lane PCIe would be better than a 28 lane.

3. And for a couple hundred more... Why not.

Truely it's all a guessing game for me. Super new at this and wanted to give it a go. If you have a reason why the others would be a better choose, I'm all ears... ?

You should easily be able to overclock the 5820K/6800K to the same clock speed.

A single gpu will still only use x16 pci-e lanes regardless.

Spend the extra couple of hundred on something else, or keep it in your pocket.
