Help With 3D Vectors

I have the points

 

A = (3, –4, 2)

B = (–1, –3, 5)

 

And a vector

n = 2i + 5j – k

 

OA = kn + b 

 

Where k is a scalar and b is a vector perpendicular to n. I need to find the value of k in this expression and I'm completely stuck. Not looking for someone to do it for me, rather talk me through the steps I need to complete to find my k value, cheers.

Express OA and b in the form like

n = 2i + 5j – k

And then Take OA = kn + b and put everything in
