iOS 10 Release?

Does anyone know when the actual release of iOS 10 comes out? I keep seeing "next week", but I would've thought that there would be an actual release date.

But they will post a date tomorrow at the iPhone event.

most tech sites agree to Apple having a tendency to release it a week after it is announced which would make that next week wednesday... but thats just a best guess from popular tech sites such as TechRadar

I thought there was a dark mode as part of the beta.

So did I, but the only dark thing is Clock app, nothing else (or at least I didn't find any settings yet). Would be really great if they released dark mode for the whole OS.
