Hi everyone!

(Before I continue I want to say english is not my native language, so you might find some mistakes, so don't go full grammar nazi on me plz.  Sorry :) And I won't use google translate, I want to improve)

This is my first post here. I've been following Linus for a couple of months, but I haven't been in touch with the community until now.

I'm struggling a little bit on the PC build I'm working on right now. And I would really appreciate if anyone could help me.

I have a $700 up to $800 USD budget. I want to believe that is more than enough to get something with high quality for the use I'm going to take from it.
I'm a mostly MOBA player, I've been playing competitive Smite for a long time. I play League of Legends, Dota 2 and Heroes of the Storm. But that doesn't mean I don't like playing AAA titles or any other gender, I also play Starcraft, CS:GO, WoW. And I'm planning on buying Overwatch once I have my new PC.

So let's get into it. Here's the deal:

- My priority is the GPU. I'm determined to fit an MSI or Gigabyte RX 470 4GB. Both are about $200 to $250 USD

- Then I would like to fit in an Intel Core i5-6500 for about $205 USD. Or an AMD FX-8320E for $130 USD if I can't afford the i5. Although I'm willing to go cheap in every other component in order to get the Intel in the build.

- For the Motherboard I was going ham before I realized I wanted the RX 470 with the i5. So I was thinking in building a full AMD system with medium-high value components. I listed a Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P for about $85 USD. So, right now I need help to find something that covers the core of my system to be able to keep an i5.

- For CPU Cooler I'm getting a Hyper 212 EVO for $27 USD. And that's a component that I'd like to keep. I don't want my CPU to be worthy of frying eggs.

- For the Case I wanted to go NZXT fancy... But right now I don't even care what I get (As long as it has good cable management), If I can get  an NZxT S340 for $65 USD. Or something cheaper I'll be satisfied

- For cooling I thought of a Corsair Airflow 120mm Twin Pack Fan for $15 USD. But if I need more to keep Temps under control I can buy more.

- Talking about Power Supply... I'm not an expert and I've run a couple of tests to know how much Pwer I'll be consuming. Personally, I don't believe I'll be needing more than 500W. But that's why I'm here, to be oriented. I'd use an EVGA 500W 80+ WHITE for $37 USD or an EVGA 600W 80+ BRONZE for $44 USD.

- I currently have a PNY 120GB SSD. So I will only buy a Seagate or Western Digital 7200RPM 1TB HDD for $50 USD.

- Now, for RAM I have a lot of options and honestly I don't know which is better right now. I could get a Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB DDR3 kit (2x4GB) 1600MHz for $36 USD or just one 8GB module for $32 USD. Or if my MoBo runs with DDR4 I could go Kingston HyperX Fury DDR4 8GB kit (2x4GB) 2133MHz for $40 USD or the single module for $39 USD.

And here comes the tricky part:

- As I'm bulding my first PC I need a monitor. I'll be using this PC for gaming, so I'll need a fast response, but I don't know how to select the best monitor in terms of Size, Resolution, Frequency and Response.

- If I come with the upper hand I'd like to add a BluRay Optical Drive, Or add it eventually, so I'd like a case with an ODB.

And the trick does not end there... All the prices are mostly from Amazon, some from Newegg and I have a little issue with that.

I live in México, so it's a little hard to get those components on a fair price in my country, sometimes they're overpriced and I'm pushed to import from EEUU which means taxes, fees and sometimes not international shipping. (Currency exchange as of today is 1 USD = 18.51 MXP that means 800 USD = 14,810 MXP I cannot spend more than $15,000, that's all my money)

So if anyone in the community lives in México would help even more. Leaving that aside, I will greatly appreciate any kind of help, being a change of some components, a change of mind, and/or places to buy.

Thank you very much, I'll be pending and active on my post to see how I can improve this build.

If you want to play first person shooters and win you'll want a 144hz or higher monitor. If you want to play anything else, 60hz is fine. If you want everything to be pretty and colorful you go with an IPS. If you just want a regular monitor you buy a TN.

Yours will probably be 21"-23". Those are the cheapest.

The motherboard and RAM choice will depend on what CPU you want to buy. I would heavily suggest to go for an i5. If you can't afford the 6500, see the 6400 or 6402P.

NZXT S340 has 3 fans preinstalled. I don't think you will need more. And you also won't need a CPU cooler for the 6500, since it can't be overclocked anyway.

If you are spending 250$ on GPU, go for a GTX 1060 or RX 480 8GB. Don't spend extra just to get the AIB 470.

Home PC: i5 6402P | Kingston HyperX 8GBx2 | Gigabyte G1 gaming GTX 1060 | Kingston UV400 240GB | WD blue 1TB Gigabyte H110m-S2 Cooler Master B500 v2

Laptop: Lenovo Yoga 710(Kaby Lake)

Phone: Oneplus 3

Tablet: iPad air 2
