Hello, I'm looking to upgrade my current gaming pc and I wonder how what kind of hardware I should go for and if It's worth it.

This is the pc I'm looking to upgrade and the budget is 2000USD.

2x 780ti

1TB Samsung 840EVO

i7-4770k

32GB DDR3 RAM @1600Mhz

MSI Motherboard(Can't remember the name but it's a cheap one)

I would love some suggestions on what I should upgrade :)

Honestly, with 2k, you may want to just build a whole new system on Skylake platform. What case and PSU do you currently have?

It's a 1000W Coolermaster PSU and a Coolermaster case(It's a custom OEM one so I don't know it's specific name).

4k gaming on high/ultra settings and perhaps VR(according to the SteamVR test my GPUs wasn't ready..

It seems pointless to make a new build with the current generation of processors since yours isn't that far behind them. You'll want to wait for Zen and Kaby Lake if you want any actual performance gains from what you have. Same with graphics cards. Getting a 10 series to be futureproof is pretty stupid since it's just a 16nm Maxwell. Especially with AMD's Vega coming Q1 2017.

Unless you *need* immediate performance boosts (your budget would be higher than 2k if it was that urgent). Then you can just buy 2 1080's and be done with it.

This is a bit rough but its a basic outline of what you can get.

Okay I see your point, I'll probably wait and see what future has in store for us. :)

Thanks

Thank you for taking the time to create a list I appreciate it :) but I might wait a bit for the next generation of hardware as the other posters as suggested.
