Hey Guys, I'm wondering if my PC throttling or some other kind of problem when im playing game.

The problem often occures when i play Battlefield 4, my fps dropped from 110-120 to 20-30 even though i set my video setting to medium all around. And not only for Battlefield 4 though, when i play Dota 2 and CS GO sometime the fps dropped but not to the point where it gonna bother me.
I read from other forum that my ASRock 990Fx Extreme3 and my AMD FX-8320 procie is not compatible and that cause the throttling, but is it true?
And also is there some kind of a way to check if my rig really throttling when im playing a game?
Thanks beforehand for the help

Maybe overheating and starting to throttle down?

Check your temps :)
