intel i3 6100 is the better option for gaming as compared to fx 6300 & there is not much price difference.

People be like: i3 have only 2 cores and that AMD CPU have 6 cores. So AMD better. Right? Right?

 

We can only recommend you to get something like i3 6100, but in the end it's up to you what you wanna buy and who are you going to belive.
