Gta V Connection/Syncing issues

So I have a 30Mb/s Down, 20Mb/s up, 30 ping fiber connection yet still, I have connection issues, When I'm driving with a friend (Normally when he's driving) He just stops on my screen, keeps going on his, I can get out and walk off, and he see me dive out on his. It's an extremely annoying issue and I don't understand it. Anyone got any tips?

CPU: i5-4690K @ 4.0GHz GPU: Gigabyte Gtx 970 WindForce MOBO: Gigabyte Z97 Gaming-3 CASE: Corsair Carbide 200R PSU: Corsair RM750

 

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 4GBx4  MOUSE: CM Mizar KEYBOARD: Logitec G110
