I have a Hyper 212 Evo on a i7-4790k and it gets decently loud and hot under heavy load. If you are going for a build for rendering/recording/editing I would definitely suggest getting a higher tier cooler like an AIO or a high-end air cooler.

All looks good,a Asus Z170-A is a good mobo,if you want something more black go for a Asrock Z170 Extreme 4,but if you really want to render fast i suggest getting 16 or even 32gb of ram and bumping it up to x99 and getting a 5820k/6800k

I also see you did not chose a PSU,i suggest you pick up a EVGA Supernova G2 or a Corsair RMx (650w should be the sweet spot but if you can find 750w for just a couple bucks more it wont hurt)

I would also highly suggest you change the 212 Evo to a Cryorig H7 as it performs better for not much more
