Help: encrypted cloud back up

Hello all,

I am looking for a program or programs that will let me back up data that is on my computer, and will also let me encrypt it so I can back it up to a cloud site.

I have been looking at Acronis True Image 2017, but I am unsure if that offers encryption or not?

If there are other free programs that will do this as in the back up and encrypting and then pay for a seperate cloud back up, would you be so kind to let me know about them and a good choice of cloud back up.

This is for personal use, I would like to also access encrypted backups on my mobile devices, sorry is this is a lot to ask, I am really not to this and I want my data to be secure before I even think about using cloude backups.
