Proxy Automatically Turns On - Windows 10

I've literally no experience in networking and often tend to avoid it where possible, but I recently got a virus which installed Privoxy and now windows automatically turns on the proxy server when I boot up, meaning I have to manually turn it off to use my wifi - It basically has a proxy address that doesn't work in a port that doesn't work (I think) - anyway, I want to disable this without it turning back on on its own
