I knew they were bad but not THIS bad, I contacted the chat support for a refund on a game I bought on the 22nd of August that I have barely played at all and apparently because its been more then 7 days I can't get a refund no matter what. No loopholes no if and or butts... wth, at least steam gives you 2 weeks and will " consider " a refund even if you dont meet the criteria.
