PfSense Help

So I'm setting up an old computer as a router using PfSense and as I am setting it up the letters I type in turn to capitals and dont get accepted because they are an invalid interface name but I cant seem to stop the capitalization. The first command of setting up VLans is ok but then after that the capitalization comes about every time. Any help from PfSense pros would be appreciated by this noob. Thanks

Interesting issue, try a different keyboard. If youre running it in a VM try resetting the vm via a hard reset option.

I have seen this when running it in a VM. I usually just copy-paste commands typed from the host. But will be interesting to find out if you find a solution.

Indeed interesting problem I've not seen before. What type of keyboard are you using and which language? When you installed it did you change the default key-map which you get the option for if you choose "Advanced"?
