I think microsoft is giving a tablet out for "free". You have to buy a laptop for $700.

probably not, well not a new tablet with a good resolution (i would consider it to be atleast 300ppi), storage capacity (16gb, microsd) and with an up to date processor

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB 

138 is a good number.
