Need help with a windows key transfer!

Firstly, can someone verify that my windows version is "Retail" (Image Below) because I was on a previous forum, and they warned me about OEM as I am on a prebuilt.

 

Will I simply need to de-activate my license through cmd on this old pc and just place the code into the activation screen?2016_09_03_20_42_18_Windows_Script_Host.jpg
