Depends, where will you use it? inside or outdoors? Outdoors, like going on a picnic etc the UE Boom is a clear winner. But if you mostly use it inside, like when you go to your friends place or you want to use it a lot inside your house I recommend the Bose soundlink mini. It costs around the same, but the sound quality is better (atleast the lower frequensies).  If you prefer sound quality over 360 sound and waterproofing then The Bose soundlink mini is a great choice. Otherwise i would say the UE Boom is the winner here. :)
