Will clean installation touch my partition disk

I was thinking of doing a Win10 clean installation on partition C: of my HDD. My question, will it delete my files in partition D? Thank you

First: off love the name haha

 

Second: no it shouldnt delete any data from your other partition. However it is always a good idea to keep a good backup when doing something like this...stranger things have happened.
