How is this build should i get the i5 or stay with the i3 and an anybody suggest me a good monitor for this

If you can afford it go for the i5-6500 (90$ more than your build now).

Other than that looks good.

Since you are not going to overclock, drop the Hyper 212 and use the money for an i5-6500.

 

You could also save a few dollars (to put towards the i5) by getting an 80+ bronze power supply, instead of the "gold".
