RX480 BF1 Issues PLZ HELP

As the title says i just want to know what the problem with my PC is?

On the BF1 Open Beta my RX480 and Pentium G3258 (Dual Core 4.7Ghz) are at 100% no matter what.

All the settings are at low and Resolution scale is at 42% PLZ HELP!

the Pentium likely will be maxed out regardless of what you do since it's dual core, the 480 i have no clue. BF1 askes for a min of a dualcore with HT so it might be having issues with only one thread being constantly available and haveing to fight the system for the other thread.
