unable to access local website without using hola

hey guys trying to access www.msy.com.au (my local comp store)

it works on my phone and is shown as not down when i use is it down and works when i use hola but when i try to use it without it just times out saying it was taking to long to respond

 

tried using edge/firefox/chrome but no good

 

any ideas ? i cleared cookies

open command prompt and type the following

 

nslookup msy.com.au

 

Post your results. You may also want to do to a DNS flush

 

ipconfig /dnsflush

 

It is possible that the IP address you have is blacklisted from the website where as your phone, I assume your on mobile data and not wifi, is able to access it.

Do you use a router at all or do you have your computer hooked directly into your ISP modem?

its a setup where we use a adhoc paid network . student accomidation cant wait till our new internet comes in
