So I plugged the G502 mouse in my brothers new pc. Then i installed the Logitech software that gives you some kind of control over your logitch devices that are connected. Though everytime i started the pc there is a logitech window saying ''G502 firmware update needs to be installed'' and since i couldnt close it normally I decided to do it. After like 5 reboots it would finally work, basically it said ''reconnect your mouse in order  to update the firmware''. I did it, so the mouse's light would go off and it wouldnt work, which it also said in the install window. Now this is the case for over 30 minutes and the mouse still doesnt work. Now i am realy frustrated, because it seems that the programm somehow failed to update the firmware and the mouse is basically killed.

Can you guys help or tell me what I should do? Restart or keep waiting? I havent found anyone with this problem on the internet!

thanks in advance,

Tiwaz
