New gpu help

So my GTX 660 is getting sold tommrow and I need a gpu for my i5 6500 PC, I have about 350€ to spend but I would like to spend as little as possible. I will be playing at 1080p but in christams I will get a third monitor and more money for a possible other gpu although my mobo only supposrtd crossfire/ I can install hyper sli though I think.

Im kinda hoping to get better performance though, ill be palying gta 5 ultra and am hoping 40 fps +
