First time buiding a pc.

Can you help me to build me my first pc.
Ineed something for around 400 us
this is what i have in my shoping cart right now what shoud i swap out?

Power suply: EVGA 500 W1
Motherboard: MSI Computer Micro ATX DDR3 1333 NA A68HM-E33 V2 Motherboard
Cpu: AMD Athlon X4 860K
GPU: Sapphire Radeon NITRO RX 460 4GB

RAM: Kingston HyperX FURY 8GB Kit

Case: Zalman ATX Mid Tower Case R1

all together that is 417 dollars

Id change that PSU to something like a Corsair CXM,SeaSonic S12II/M12II,XFX TS Bronze/Gold

 

Also wheres the storage?

i'd change the w1 to a 500b, somewhat better quality and still allows you to spend abit more for the other components.

already have a ssd 250gb in my loptop wich i plan to use on the pc. i will put my old hdd in the loptop and i have a 500gb hdd in my old pc witch i dont need.
