I would get evga super nova g1 650W psu. It's less than 100$, fully modular and 80+ gold.

About motherboard ... Z170 if you are getting K version of CPU. I would go for Z170 krait, just because it has white theme :P

About CPU: if you don't get K version, just go with i5 6500 instead. Cheaper than i5 6600 and about the same performance. So get either i5 6500 and some H170 motherboard or go for i5 6600k with Z170.

You also forgot about HDD andd SSD.

Samsung evo 850 is great SSD that you can use for windows and programs, then get some WD blue for movies and other crap.

About memory I'm not and expert, so I would get something that is DDR4, 2400MHz or higher, and as low CL as possible xD

Intel i7 12700K | Gigabyte Z690 Gaming X DDR4 | Pure Loop 240mm | G.Skill 3200MHz 32GB CL14 | CM V850 G2 | RTX 3070 Phoenix | Lian Li O11 Air mini

Samsung EVO 960 M.2 250GB | Samsung EVO 860 PRO 512GB | 4x Be Quiet! Silent Wings 140mm fans

WD My Cloud 4TB

the g1 isnt a great psu. the g2/gs is barely more expensive and much higher quality. i also would not recommend msi boards for oc. they only use a few analog phases that are doubled, so voltage isnt as clean as gigabyte or asus. if its a h170, then brand is not as much of an issue. 6500 does have better price to perfromance compared to the 6600 though
