Noob to cable management

Hey LTT community! Got any tips for a cable management noob? Will post pictures inside my rig below. Thanks m8s.

Route the cpu 8pin through the top left grommet instead of the top right, route the bottom fan cable through the grommet closest to it first, 

tie the cpu fan cable beneath the fan as opposed to looping it around the frame, bundle and route the sata cables for your front drives through the same grommet, stuff the pcie cables behind the Kraken G10, and snip the end of the ziptie off.

What's the thing cable heading out of the case through the water cooling grommet?

Thanks for the advice and the videos! the cable that runs out the water cooling grommet goes to an led strip on the back of the monitor. its just so that the led strip turns on when i turn on my pc. its just a lazy solution that i made so i don't have to turn it on with the remote lol. i should probably route it somewhere else so it doesn't stick out so easily. It just runs to the 12 volt lines of a molex connector behind the side panel.
