I wanna overclock my gpu with msi after burner what are the settings for perfect gaming, ( im new to overclock)

There's no best settings, you don't even need to overclock.  2nd every gpu is different so your not going to get the same overclock as another person, could be more could be less.  I'd suggest you look up and overclocking guide for Afterburner on youtube and go from there.
