If you have $1,500-$2,000 for everything, ( What other Peripherals? Keyboard? Moue? )

There really isn't anything stopping you from getting a Titan XP with that budget, assuming you can find one at the MSRP.

Though, have yet to look into high end GPU's, I'd look into seeing what high end AIO GTX 1080 like the Hybrid, MSI SEA HARK, or Gigabyte XTREME whatever cooling performs at when overclocked very high and see if the FPS difference is worth it over having possibly 2-3 monitors and ( don't quite know ) keyboard/mouse ect.

i7-6700k  Cooling: Deepcool Captain 240EX White GPU: GTX 1080Ti EVGA FTW3 Mobo: AsRock Z170 Extreme4 Case: Phanteks P400s TG Special Black/White PSU: EVGA 850w GQ Ram: 64GB (3200Mhz 16x4 Corsair Vengeance RGB) Storage 1x 1TB Seagate Barracuda 240GBSandisk SSDPlus, 480GB OCZ Trion 150, 1TB Crucial NVMe

with 8gb is enough for gaming, up to 16gb, 32gb of ram is a waste of money for gaming, for 4k gaming gtx 1080 for sure

GTX 1080 is the best. Get an aftermarket card and overclock it a ton.
