hello i am thinking of buying benq RL2455HM .... so my question is .....is it 60hz or 75 hz monitor as nothing mentioned on website

 http://www.benq.co.in/product/monitor/rl2455hm/specifications/ .... and can it be overclocked and how is the display quality compared to an ips display and is their any other better alternative to this monitor at this price.

It's a 60 Hz monitor but can be overclocked to 75 Hz.
