problems with system and service host tasks

hi guys like i write in my title when i try to lay video games from mouths it was slowing like hell i did all what i could after a time it becomes implayable until this last days when i opened  the task manager i noticed this time that something names system memory something like that was talking like 2 gb of ram and all of the hdd when i made the win 10 anniversary update it's just named system and still use all my resources  i did all what i could followed online solution disactivated many sevices like windows research and many others and i disactivated the win notifications i did everything i could nothing seems to work not even making things better always after a little of playing my hdd becomes of 100% use and when i try to quite the game and go to task manager the suspect always system and service host tasks
