windows Choose Startup Position

How do I choose where my apps startup position should be? I have a second monitor and on that monitor I want to have Discord and Spotify, But currently they open up in a weird position. Any way  can change that?

Don't know what to tell you, it should remember where they were closed but sometimes multiple monitor setups do strange things.
