Streaming issue

i have a GTX 970 now in gaming PC. Im having an issue and i dont know if its possible for it to work. i have a benq xl2411z monitor. i use DVI for 144Hz refresh rate. and i have a dvi to hdmi to my 2nd monitor. I also have an HDMI from my 970 to the Live Gamer HD in my streaming pc (extreme cap u3 better but it freezes and i use other instead) and i duplicate the displays. my main monitor and the hdmi to the capture card. in the properties when they are duplicated it says its 144Hz. but i can tell in game that its locking at 60 Hz. is there a way to get 144 Hz while duplicating a DVI@144Hz and HDMI@60Hz. its the last issue i have with my streaming setup. any help would be appreciated

Some games have a frame rate lock, for example League of Legends

I set the games at 144 in game. Like overwatch i tested before and after. made sure i was on 1920x1080(144)* same goes for league of legends i made sure im at unlimited fps and both are night and day. when i have the two duplicated its so much more choppy.

i have shadowplay on and fps is at 144 or above at all times
