Undervolting a Mobile CPU

Hey, I recently read in Maximum PC that a good undervolt can lower the temperature of a CPU without a performance hit (less than 1%). I was just wondering if I could do this on my new HP Pavilion x360 m3. I plan to use Intel's Extreme Tuning Utility, or XTU. Can this be done, and if so, how?
