I've noticed this before the update/maintenance happened. When reply to a thread or make a thread, it takes a while for it to posted. Once that happens sometimes I gets posted twice. It's been happening quite often.

Yes this is a known issue.  It should resolve itself within a day or so.

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?
