Hello.

I need your help on choosing an AIO liquid cooler.

Preferably a 120mm rad and not a 140mm (Since my case does not support those, I may buy a new case though), at most 60$ and if it ships to israel directly it would be fantastic.

Thanks.

EDIT: I've looked a bit and the H55 and the H60 looks nice, are those good? And what is the difference between them?

Tbh...  A good quality air cooler will most likely be better than a 120mm aio.

I need something that would be very quiet, and since i live in a very hot area i don't know how it would affect it. You can reply with your suggestions though.

That's it...  Most quality air cooler will be more quite than any 120 mm aio.

Any noctua within your budget is a pretty good choice.  Or check out http://www.overclock3d.net/reviews/cases_cooling/cpu_air_cooler_mega_test/1

In all fairness that round up doesn't really take noise into consideration.  But it's a good read and they have a youtube vid up covering the round up as well.

How will the Hyper 212 Evo perform on an I7 4790?

EDIT: What are the noise levels of the cooler?
