Radeon settings not showing up?

Right click doesn't show it, windows 10 bar gets no results, drivers are updated, but radeon settings is gone. Wot.

No changes I got it though by re-installing a 3rd time, normally when I install drivers I select " package " but maybe for some reason Radeon settings didn't get checked.
