Windows 10 Won't Boot Up Help!

needed my laptop so I just used MSI recovery and formatted and reinstalled the windows partition

so today I was going to go use my laptop but when I turned it on and the MSI logo appears with the dots spinning it would stay there for less than 1 min then would switch to blank screen then the dots would appear just the dots spinning the MSI logo gone it would keep spinning for around 2-4 minutes and then go to watchdog initialization and would start stuff and at the last finish it would freeze and nothing would happen and would do the same every time I turn it on. I have uploaded a video to youtube because of the 20MB Size Limit

MSI GE62 6QD Apache Pro

Intel Core i7-6700HQ

16GB DDR4

GTX 960M

1TB HDD

Windows 10
