Yes, sometimes you can fix them by applying pressure to the screen in the area of the dead pixel, however this will not work every time

Actually never mind I'm thinking of stuck pixels not dead ones, dead ones usually don't have a fix

there is no way to fix dead pixels, you can however fix a stuck pixel as AresKrieger suggested.
