Smallest ITX case that can still fit a 3.5" HDD

so im building a small as possible ITX PC for my older bro, and i have a SSD and my old WD Black as storage options. the thing is, he wants this pc to be small, like really really small.

so far the only case i could find that is in the 7 Liters mark and can fit a full sized HDD is the MS-Tech CL100

the thing is, this bad boy doesn;t exactly scream "quality"...

so, are there any better options? even the CoolerMaster Elite 110 is too big for my bro's tastes somehow

actually, too big 

my bro isn't gonna be gaming in this thing, so there is no need for a GPU. i've been looking at the Dancase A4, but it isn't available yet here. so the next best thing that still hits that 7 liters mark was that MS-Tech case.
 

7 Liters is really the mark i'm aiming for here.
