Hey guys, so i did not win the silicon lottery. And my Intel Core I5 6600K isn't running how i expected it to. I am running 4.5Ghz @ 1.40v! Is there anyway i can get it to run a 4.6Ghz at this voltage if not better? Is there something i can do to my CPU in the bios? Or physically? Help? Also my motherboard is a MSI Z170A Gaming M5

59 degrees C under load, I am using a CoolerMaster Nepton 280L.

Weird, at those temps almost every chip should do better, how are you testing?

I am testing using AIDA64 Extreme.

What is the error it gives? instability? Try running LOWER volts for 4.5.

I have tried running lower volts for 4.5Ghz, It just won't do it! I really need help.

I just tried it with and without XMP.

I really need help. Is there anyway i can do this? And how do you "Properly" overclock?

Well i think i was wrong. I may have won the silicon lottery. I have got it down to 1.35V! I played around with some of the LLC voltages and stuff. I cannot believe it!
