Cheapest AIO worth getting.

Hello I am looking into getting an AIO cooler, but I have a small budget. But I still want something worth getting, so no $24 ebay specials.

You'll be better off with an air cooler. 1 you have a non overclocking cpu. 2. Air coolers in the same price range give the same or better with less points of failure

1. This is for a diffrent rig. 2. True, but an air cooler of that performance will not be practical with the size of this project

Alternatively, the LEPA Aquachanger 240 is based on the same cooler and is occasionally available for even cheaper (I've seen it go as low as 59.99). Get the cheaper of those two though.

Some more details on the project would be helpful to give better advice. There are few circumstances where a air cooler would not work

the CPU cooler height clearance is not very high and I still need performance. not to mention airflow around the CPU area is low.

yeah but it has a red LED you cant turn off. someone is selling that one on the classifieds, would of bought it but the LED is eh

I mean you totally could. Just until recently I hadn't seen the Liqtech under 90 or so in the US and the Aquachanger has been hovering around the 60-80 dollar mark for well over a year.
