Hey there :)

What are you going to use the build for?

The plan looks very good and you shouldn't have any issues with compatibility.

since you are building a Mni ITX computer make sure you have adequate space for cooling and proper airflow so you are not encountering overheating, especially since you are overclocking your CPU.

I would recommend testing the PC right from the start for this under max load and see what temps do the different parts reach so you are on the safe side. :)

The guys gave you some excellent recommendations so I'd consider them too.

This will be used primarily for gaming, though I will use it for general use, internet, & video watching.  The only part of this I'm now questioning (because you always have to question something!) is the CPU.  I do nothing in terms of rendering, streaming, or developing.  But I will be playing the crap out of Civ VI when it comes out and I know that and other games like it are a bit more demanding of the CPU, as well as the GPU.  Can the 6600K pull that off with minimal effort or should I shell out that extra $100 for the 6700K?

Since this is going to be a gaming build those parts should suffice easily for your needs. Either CPU should work but it wouldn't hurt to check what hardware other people are using for the particular games that you will be playing.
