Need help choosing a new case.

Hi everyone, I'm planning to build a new rig this month or the next. I couldn't decide on a case to get to go with my rig.

The only requirements I have are:

1. (2) 5.25" bays, preferably (3)
2. Must fit a micro-atx mobo at minimum
3. Must be black
4. Less than $100 (I can go a little bit over but would rather not)

Cases I'm currently looking at:
Bitfenix Shadow; Ghost; Ronin; Shinobi;
NZXT Phantom 410

I usually like the simple looks of the bitfenix cases, but the phantom is one of my weird likes, I just don't like the glossy finish.

Notes:
I would like to add a side window and have no problem modding my own. Depending on the case I would prefer it because sometimes the windows are too small and don't show enough, or too large and show everything.
