Help computer ram isnt working

It is reserved by the hardware as you can see in task manager. Go into your BIOS and disable your onboard video if you aren't using it.

It proably still has memory assigned to the iGPU in the BIOS. If it really doesn't then try seeing what GPU Windows uses by going to device manager, there should be only ONE display adapter listed.
