So I have some computer parts and have to buy some more in order to build it completely. The computer would be used for simple games like Minecraft,Counter Strike and GTA San Andreas so don't keep telling me that it's obsolete and that I should save money. I just need the info whether this PSU could support this build.

MOBO - ASUS P5LD2 X-1333 DDR2

CPU - Intel Pentium D E2180 3.8GHz

GPU - ATI 7770 HD 1GB

RAM - 8GB DDR2

So the PSU is Platinum MS 400ATX

Thanks for the info and have in mind that the pc will be very lightly used.

It looks rather dodgy and googling isn't yielding any good answers... @STRMfrmXMN help pls?

Well since the 12V rail doesn't seem to lend any 400W answers I'd say let's find the nearest dump and leave it there!

Time for a new PSU my friend. Your system isn't super hot or power hungry so a Corsair CX430M would be fine.

Also how are you gonna play games on that old Pentium? Maybe be time for a system upgrade, my friend.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.
