4K Issues

I just purchased a new 4k monitor (3840x2160)  

I am having some issues

with certain things like whilst I am playing a game on steam and someone sends me a message the notification tht pops up in the bottom left is very small

another one is the text on the minecraft launcher is super small

the resccaling in the display settings does not help as it is already at 200% and when I put it higher it makes everything too big

 

 

does anyone know of any other solutions

 

 

If anyone can help me please post a reply

You never buy a 24" 4k monitor. Things that don't scale are hard to view.
