when i came home like just a few minutes ago my mum placed my whole desk and my computer which is standing on it to a differnt location in the room and now when i look if everything is still working i dont have audio on my razer kraken pro.

i tested them with my phone and they work no problem.

i tried plugging the headphone into the front panel connectors and the ones at the mainbord and nothing works. i have no idea what my mum did to it but its not working.

i need help because i dont have any external speakers for my pc.

can try uninstalling the audio drivers and reinstalling them I guess, other than that I dunno.

I wouldn't think just moving the pc would do much to it unless you have a separate soundcard and it was knocked a lil to unseat it.

maybe someone else will come along with an answer, do you not have anything else you can test in the pc ? no random headphones ?

also make sure there set as default in playback devices

who made your motherboard go to their websight and download the drivers for audio and reinstall them.

my mainboard is from MSI , so do i just go to their website and download them or do i have to uninstall the old one first?

you should be able to just download them and run the installer.

but other wise go to devise manager find the audio devise on your motherboard look under propeties and either click reinstall or delete them and then have windows look for drivers for the audio.

you need something to decompress the file so you can install the drivers i like 7zip but look around and find something you like 7zip is free.

you can get them from either ninite.com or from their web sight.
