Any is fine cheaper the better but quality is also important. and i3 is dual core isn't it? arent some games core locked?

The i3 6100 is a Dual core but i have SMT(hypertreading). So it have 4 virtual Cores.

Most games use Single core performance and hyperthreading which is what the i3 has a lot of.

Looks like  u are getting 470 which is amazing for your price range.

Unfortunately it is not worth trying to squeeze i5 into your budget. Even i3 can handle some AAS titles but u wont run the game high-max settings. U will get nice 60fps most of the time which is great !

You do not want to use that included power supply with the case.

It is a Cooler Master 'Elite Power' series PSU -- bottom of the barrel tier.

Two +12v rails with 16A each, but can only output a total of 276W (12V x 23A). That damn thing is NOWHERE near the 400W rating.
