Issues with Overwatch

Here we go,

1. High CPU Usage

2. Slows PC

3. Turning on Vsync partly helps, but nobody likes it

4. Used to get 80+ FPS on epic settings, now I get drops into 20s and sometimes get consistent 40 (ish) FPS for a good 3 games.

HELP!! Drivers are up to date

I have an R9 390 with a Xeon E3 1231 v3. 8gb of ram and an MSI B85 G43 Gaming

I'm having a VERY similar issue, managed to solve it (somewhat) with a few things. I have a 2013 Razer WOT Deathadder, And noticed that Razer has some blotware called GameScannerService which was taking (at somepoints in games) 20-50% CPU usage, I googled how to disable it and now I hover around 70-80% CPU Usage.

And Limiting my FPS to "display based" also brought down the usage a little.

I also set Overwatch to high CPU Priority which also helped a little. But Im running a I5 6600K @4.5Ghz And a GTX 960, 8gb RAM I don't understand how the heck overwatch can use so much CPU.

My new Gaming PC.

Yea, it helped a fair amount buy removing it, you also don't lose any features by doing so. Like i said, its basically bloatware.
