Preferably with the microphone on the right ear. Also I have a larger than usual head and I break most standard headsets after a year or so. Is there anything that fit me for under 100$?

Hmm.. right ear... I'm not sure. I have a left ear one, pretty cheap, I have a big head, and it fits, and it has a lovely sleeved cable covered in a protective layer,

Make your own. Get a set of actual headphones and get a modmic and attach the mic to whichever side you want. "Gaming" headsets are usually just marketing and not very good with a few exceptions, one being the clouds. Get a Superlux 668B and put the modmic on the left side. Boom, better setup than any "gaming" headset and fully customizable.

I like the HyperX Cloud II, the original HyperX Cloud is also very well regarded. Both should be under $100. They have the mic on the left side though.

I had both. Mics died way too fast on me. I do alot of skyping outside of work hours because of time zone differences.

@LordGrizzillaKreme
