Hard Drive wont work

My drive wont work, help plez. I tried uninstalling the drivers and re scanning for the drive. Samething

Download Crystal DIskInfo to check what's inside your HDD's smart. If it's all good I'd recommend getting some kind of partition managing software (I use minitool partition wizard, never failed me before), and trying to format it with that since those are usually more effective in such cases than microsoft's tool.

I will try this next but I am refreshing the drive right now as that is what my friend said to do.
